Driven Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to oversee our Secondary Residential division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance market presence in the secondary residential property sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with them to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Secondary Residential division.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents focused on secondary residential properties.
  3. Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
  6. Set performance objectives, track team performance against targets, and implement strategies for improvement.
  7. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector, particularly in secondary residential properties.
  3. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary residential market.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
