Job details

Ensure the Contractors compliance with the Contract Documents. Inspect all workmanship and material. Coordinate the supply of vertical and horizontal controls for the Contractor. Make layout checks on line and grades. Maintain all file records on designated forms. These records include all reports on work force, equipment, progress, safety, etc. Coordination with other Contractors. Prepare Variation Orders for all Additional and New works.Job SpecificationStrong organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong technical skills. Strong knowledge of construction ways, means, methods, and sequences. Knowledge of computer systems and their applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsive to changing demands. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Forward thinking. Flexibility of methods. Strong initiative.
