Soft Nation Technologies is currently looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive. Timings: 12PM-9PM Responsibilities: - Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, headhunting, posting ads on job portals, and managing the hiring process.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to management regarding suitable applicants and drafting emails.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a graduate.
- Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Profile must be confident and presentable.
- International hiring experience would be preferred.
