Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Operations Lead Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Pune Role Overview As an Azure Infrastructure Operations (Infra Ops) Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading support teams focused on Azure operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and escalations, while driving improvements and providing status updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Manage and guide the Infra Ops Support Team handling L1/L2/L3 support tasks.
• Act as the escalation point for complex and critical issues.

1. Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation SOPs.
• Oversee incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Track incident resolution times and team performance metrics.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other IT teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient communication.

1. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements and training needs.

• Experience in Azure Operations:
• Managing or leading support teams in Azure operations.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Technical & Behavioral Skills:
• Strong incident and problem management expertise.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Additional technical certifications in Azure or ITIL
