Hybrid initially (2x week) then fully remote 6 months + extension Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Payroll Consultant to lead and deliver effective payroll solutions within our HR systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position requires close collaboration with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: SAP Payroll Configuration:
- Configure and adapt SAP Payroll modules to meet specific business needs.
- Manage payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and calculation processes.
- Oversee the complete payroll cycle and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
- Support year-end and periodic payroll activities, including tax reporting and filings.
- Facilitate integration between SAP Payroll and other HR and financial systems.
- Coordinate data exchanges with third-party applications.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to align payroll practices with organizational policies.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance as required.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll configurations and processes.
- Ensure all payroll activities meet compliance and audit standards.
