Join Anritsu as RF & Microwave Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Based in Germany Are you ready to drive innovation and build strong technical relationships in the RF & Microwave Industry? At Anritsu, we’re looking for a passionate Field Application Engineer (FAE) to be the technical expert of our RF & Microwave portfolio, covering German-speaking countries and beyond. What You’ll Do: FAEs are at the forefront of technical engagements, working closely with Customers and the Sales Team to showcase Anritsu’s cutting-edge solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing technical pre-sales and post-sales activities , including product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and trainings.
- Solving complex technical challenges, optimizing product configurations, and managing on-site or remote technical inquiries.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with Customers, Partners, and internal Teams.
- Acting internally as the voice of the Market, providing insights to our Product Divisions to shape roadmaps and solutions.
- Representing Anritsu at exhibitions, conferences, and through technical content like articles, white papers, and presentations.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Electronics or RF & μW Engineering
- Strong expertise in RF & Microwave test and measurement applications, with hands-on experience especially using benchtop VNAs, Signal Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in R&D labs, production testing, or similar fields.
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience delivering public presentations or training sessions.
- A proactive, independent approach to work with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Business acumen and the ability to translate technical expertise into customer value.
