The Role: As a Client Experience Associate , you will support Client Experience Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and mastering cutting-edge personalization technology. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Expertise: Learn the platform and the broader email industry ecosystem to become a trusted support resource.
  • Client Support: Act as a backup contact for named accounts, assisting Client Experience Managers (CXMs) with client communications and requirements gathering.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with CXMs to prepare campaigns, troubleshoot queries, and ensure quality assurance for client projects.
  • Reporting: Pull and synthesize campaign results into standardized reports for clients on a regular basis.
  • Presentation Support: Assist in the creation and execution of PowerPoint presentations for Business Reviews and Status meetings.
  • Design Tasks: Execute email mock-ups in Photoshop for client presentations and meetings.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Manage schedules for client meetings, Business Reviews, and other events, including administrative and logistical preparations.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain and update contact roles within Salesforce for all client organizations.
  • Documentation: Produce written documentation for custom projects and take meeting minutes during client calls.
