About As a Entrepreneur in Residence - Startup Scouting, you will be part of the growing Scouting Team, you will take care of scoutings for innovation requests, reviewing the requests of the other Junior Analyst, presenting the results to clients. Alongside these activities, you will proactively work on initiatives to grow the business (Account management and Sales),and continuously improve the processes and software within the Scouting team. your tasks

• Startup Scouting: - Scouting through 100s of startups every day, analyzing and scoring these plus filtering out the best ones; Finding market insights and creating in-depth reports about the tech ecosystem; Clustering startups; Presenting companies and reports to our customers
• Team Leadership: Management of a team of Analyst, ensuring deadline are met and delivery meet quality standards
• Account Management: Management of industrial clients to ensure quality and continuation of the collaboration with GlassDollar
• Sales and/or Product Management: Once the above is secured, you will decide with the Head of Scouting whether to invest more time in growing the business with Sales or improving the Software and our Data Engine by Prototyping new features

your profile Must Have:

• You have a strong background in startup scouting and communication.
• Proficient English. German and/or Italian preferred.
• You have a STEM background and understand complex technical topics and present them effectively.
