Business Development Manager CAD $80,000 - $90,000 + Commission Remote – Servicing Toronto, Ontario Global Market Leader WOW Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in new business. Join a global market leader and take the next step in your career! The Role You will drive new business growth, sell solutions, and manage key accounts, focusing on the A&D audience in Toronto. This field-based role requires an individual who excels in influencing, educating, and collaborating with customers to provide effective problem-solving solutions. You Will Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or territory management
- Expertise in construction sales or with construction-related products
- Proven track record of presenting product lines via lunch & learns (in-person/Zoom)
- Technical product sales or specification sales experience is a plus!
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to grow market share.
- Present product lines and build brand awareness through in-person meetings, product demos, educational seminars, and Zoom calls.
- Service and expand existing accounts, generating leads and providing technical support.
- Assist in product selection and specification writing, offering expert consulting.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to drive strategic initiatives.
