The role Reporting directly to the President of Korbit, as our Demand Generation Manager at Korbit, you will connect with software engineering professionals and businesses looking to leverage leading-edge technology to increase their productivity, quality, and skills. You will help architect and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive demand generation, develop sales enablement tools and execute growth initiatives to help us reach and exceed our revenue goals. This role is hybrid if you’re located in Montreal; or remote if elsewhere in Canada. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience with skills in campaign planning, budgeting, all channels of demand generation, lead management, and growth marketing.
- Experience in working with outside contractors and marketing agencies
- Experience with using data analytic tools to monitor, measure the success of the marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing the sales and marketing technology stack to implement, execute, and manage campaigns and the funnel.
- Experience in digital advertising
- Experience in branding and product-focused copy-writing
- Experience developing, budgeting, and managing marketing campaigns (Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer)
- Experience in Business-to-Business marketing and/or working as a performance marketer
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions and geographies
- Ability to be accountable, demonstrating high attention to detail, and quantitative skills
- Startup Experience is a positive
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Tableau is a bonus
- Experience of working with fast-growing tech companies
- Develop and generate demand generation campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, social, and virtual and live events.
- Design/Develop sales and marketing assets including demos, presentations, landing pages and collateral.
- Write and maintain product messaging and positioning documents.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning, objectives and key results, and budgeting.
