Cyber intelligence analyst

Remote is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to join the team in ASD. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience working in an intelligence or cyber threat analysis environment, demonstrable experience leading and performing Cyber Security risk and/or threat-based assessments, strong research and analytical skills, and strong reporting and presentation skills. Role Description Job Duties and Responsibilities Support the proactive identification, assessment, and analysis of systems and their dependencies. Conduct and lead risk-based assessments and reporting activities in accordance with internal frameworks. Contribute to the ongoing development of operational processes, frameworks, and practices as it relates to risk-based assessments. Work within a multidisciplinary team to identify new methods to achieve the team's objectives (with an emphasis on identity and maximizing the value of available data). Job Skills and Qualifications At least 5 years experience working in an intelligence or cyber threat analysis environment. Demonstrable experience leading and performing Cyber Security risk and/or threat-based assessments. Strong research and analytical skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Experience working in an operational cyber security environment (such as performing Security Operations or Incident Response). Ability to develop technical solutions to support the automation of analytical activities (i.e., through scripting). Experience leading a team in an operational environment.
