About the role We are looking for a hands-on, ambitious, motivated, and experienced Software Sales Leader that can: Lead and coach ambitious Enterprise BDM's and Partner Managers in achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas Craft and drive new and strategic global go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure ARR deals Provide strategic executive leadership, including sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales coaching, and commission planning Skills and experience 5+ years of experience as a Software Sales Leader with direct reports Channel and Direct Enterprise Sales Experience Strong attention to detail and quality assurance Extensive and relevant network to accelerate short & medium term growth Comprehensive knowledge of GRC or Cyber Saa S/Cloud/Applications Demonstrated Enterprise account sales leadership experience and track record of success Ability to build and lead software sales organizations, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience Excellent cross-organization teamwork and communication skills Why Readi Now.com Readi Now is one of the few true Enterprise No-code & AI Saa S providers delivering solutions to blue-chip corporations and governments.
