Job Description We seek a motivated and versatile Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven reputation in sales, preferably within the alternative asset management industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business development responsibilities with administrative support, working collaboratively with our team to drive growth and foster connections. The successful candidate will contribute directly to building partnerships, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives, making this an exciting position for a dynamic professional looking to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Drive business growth by identifying and developing new investor relationships. - Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and meet revenue goals. - Manage and optimize the CRM system to track leads, investor interactions, and sales pipelines. - Represent AGinvest in investor meetings, presentations, and industry events. - Support the creation and delivery of compelling sales materials and presentations. - Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of events, including investor meetings, presentations, and team engagements. - Provide detailed preparation and follow-up for all investor and internal meetings. - Serve as a key point of contact for communication and coordination between the leadership team and stakeholders. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in business development in asset management or similar functions in financial services. - Proven ability to manage CRM systems and optimize sales processes. - Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building client relationships. - High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team building.
