Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, driving sales, and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including architects, designers, builders, developers, and homeowners. You will play a vital role in expanding the company's reach and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationships

• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for diverse client types.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding design consultations, product options, budgets, and timelines.
• Strengthen existing relationships while identifying opportunities for new connections.
• Promote the company’s full product portfolio: plumbing, lighting, hardware, and soft goods.

• Qualify customer needs, establish budgets, and create compelling proposals.
• Navigate the sales process effectively: identifying needs, presenting solutions, managing objections, and closing deals.
• Pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet annual sales targets with optimal margins.

• Strategically schedule client meetings and plan project-focused discussions.
• Balance efforts between account retention and new business development.
• Build networks within the construction industry to identify and pursue opportunities.

• Luxury sales experience within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing sales, and building rapport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current construction design trends.
