- Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of parking equipment and facilities on-site.
- Perform site surveys to determine serviceability.
- Ensure parking equipment is in working order and report any issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and run tests on connectivity problems during site visits.
- Respond to user queries in a professional and timely manner, addressing customers' technical issues via phone or remotely.
- Other related duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in this field and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment.
- Knowledge of AC & DC power supply and three-phase power supply.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimum guidance.
- Good reporting and on-site handling skills.
- Willing to travel outstation anytime when required.
- Preferable candidate that is good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both speaking & writing.
