About our Internship Program: The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance, and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE. What to expect as a DTCC Intern:
- Access to senior leaders
- Workshops for skill-building and career development

- Assigned a mentor throughout the summer
- An arrangement of 3 days onsite (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or intern).
- Assist in day-to-day processing activities
- Work on assigned, special projects with an emphasis on time management and optimal results
- Communicate with confidence, ensuring information presented is accurate
- Participate in team meetings
- Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, etc.
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to grasp new concepts
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
