Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java React Full Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, React, Spring Boot, Microservices, and clo ud technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above) and React.js.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases
