Work Day Administrator Duration: 6 month contract with potential extensions FULLY REMOTE Hours: 8am-5pm CST. Needs to work US hours Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Workday Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Administration and understanding of how to troubleshoot Workday related issues that internal users are facing. They will be working directly with internal users to diagnose issues, track ticket trends and assist with data correction. This person will need to have experience with all Workday modules and a strong understanding of how improve Workday processes and usage. Must haves:
- Strong Workday admin experience (level 2 admin)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Great communication
- Strong problem solving skills and trend analysis skills
- Experience being able to analyze issues and provide continuous improvements for the team
- Experience working with stakeholders and communicating with internal users
- Comfortable working with US based teams and working US hours
- Comfortable handling a high ticket volume
- Experience being a strategic partner to an organization
- Strong experience with ALL Workday modules
- Workday Certifications
- Entering data corrections in Workday (Ex: Salary questions/corrections)
- Troubleshooting technical issues in Workday
- Managing day to day tickets in ServiceNow
- Address general inquiries and provide support across all HCM areas
- Analyze ticket trends to identify larger potential problems within Workday
- Working with the team and stakeholders to find solutions to Workday problems
- Keeping the ticket backlog under control
- Understanding and solutioning the "why" behind Workday problems to mitigate them
- Manage and resolve a high volume of tickets efficiently.
- Transition the team from a reactive fix mode to a strategic partner role, optimizing the use of Workday products.
