This role is tailor-made for those with 0-6 months of experience or relevant internship experience who are eager to make their mark in the exciting world of B2B events and sales. Role Overview As a Business Development Trainee, you'll be at the heart of our company's growth strategy, learning to identify and nurture new business opportunities while developing your sales acumen in the fast-paced, ever-evolving B2B events landscape. Location: Koregaon Park, Pune | Role: In-Office (No Remote Work) Key Responsibilities

  • Master modern lead generation and sales techniques specific to the B2B events industry
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging event trends
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads for our events
  • Collaborate with senior team members on crafting compelling event proposals and presentations
  • Participate in client meetings and industry networking events to build relationships
  • Contribute creative ideas for event concepts and sales strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0-6 months of professional experience or relevant internship experience in sales/cold calling
  • Strong interest in building career in sales
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with business clients
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn about various industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for learning new tools
