Midea International Business (MIB) is the global platform which manage more than 30 overseas business units (BUs) in over 25 countries. The purpose of global Finance recruitment is to: Committed to recruiting outstanding finance professionals from all over the world, after completing the Midea Global Headquarter's job training (0.5~2 years) depending on actual business needs, will be assigned to the Midea Overseas subsidiary as a finance backbone to support local business; The ultimate goal is to grow together with the Company. Responsibilities
- Participate in practical work and business processes in one or several areas of finance, including but not limited to: financial management, financial analysis, cost and expense management, budget management, fund management, accounting, risk control and other related fields;
- Familiarize oneself with financial operations through specific finance job positions, responsible for the daily operations of corresponding professional positions, follow up on corresponding position projects, and propose improvement suggestions based on understanding;
- Through actual work positions in HQ, understand Midea's finance operation and management culture, grow into an international financial backbone through job learning.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance management, accounting, and other related majors;
- Proficient in English; other language is a plus;
- Long-term career development in the finance field, willing to be assigned to overseas, adapt to Company's culture, and grow together with Company's long-term development;
- Passionate about innovation, open-minded, adaptable, highly curious, with a team spirit, and demonstrate excellent work skills in a strong, efficient, and self-managing team;
- Possess excellent communication and self-learning abilities, able to design new and improve existing processes in ambiguous situations;
- This role needs relocation to Headquarter office based in Guangdong, China for at least 6 months.
