To know more, please visit our websites: GEDU - GBS - and Role: Senior Executive - HR Operations Location: Noida Position Overview: The Sr. Executive - HR Operations is a pivotal role focused on ensuring smooth HR processes and efficient management of employee lifecycle activities. This role requires a combination of operational excellence, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to provide HR support, streamline processes, and enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Support:

  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Ensure that all statutory and non-statutory deductions are applied correctly (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI, taxes).
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support to employees on payroll-related queries
Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations, including tax, benefits, and social security programs.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for audits, labor compliance, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain documentation for all statutory submissions and ensure timely filing of tax, PF, and ESI returns.
  • Assist in creating reports on HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, and other relevant workforce data.
Employee Relations & Support:
  • Provide administrative support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with HR management on performance management, training, and other HR-related programs.
HR Project Assistance:
  • Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys, talent management, and HR process improvements.
  • Suggest improvements to existing HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education : Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : 5-9 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Preferred Knowledge :
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Knowledge of tax calculations, Provident Fund, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
