Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Account Manager Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Description: As an Account Manager of Digital Transformation at QAAgility, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. We are searching for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a background in sales or partnerships, particularly within digital transformation, who can assist us in achieving our business goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct virtual client meetings to provide product and digital transformation solutions. ● Identify and engage potential clients for our digital products and services. ● Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of digital transformation projects. ● Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. ● Keep precise records of sales activities and digital transformation outcomes. ● Stay updated on industry trends, digital transformation innovations, and competitor activities. ● Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine digital transformation strategies for clients. ● Assist clients in identifying areas of improvement and propose digital solutions to enhance business operations. ● Develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts to drive long-term success and ensure retention. ● Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and alignment with client goals. ● Present and demonstrate digital transformation products and services to potential clients. ● Manage and prioritize multiple client projects to meet deadlines, deliverables, and quality expectations. ● Lead digital workshops or webinars to educate clients about our services and the impact of digital transformation on their business. ● Conduct regular client reviews and provide feedback to the team on performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for growth. ● Monitor the post-implementation process, ensuring that clients receive continuous support and improvements to maximize product value. ● Analyze client data and usage patterns to proactively identify additional opportunities for engagement or expansion. ● Assist with the development of proposals and sales presentations, tailoring solutions to client-specific needs. ● Foster long-term relationships and ensure client loyalty by providing top-notch support and value-added services. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering with MBA or equivalent experience. - 4 - 6 years of sales experience, preferably in a digital transformation or partnership role. - Solid understanding of digital transformation, including tools, platforms, and strategies. - Diligent and detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills. - Fluent and effective English communication skills. - Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. - Access to an i5/i7 PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM is required.
