About the Role The Guest Relation Executive / Customer Handling role involves coordinating work requests, project briefings, lead management, customer needs identification, and more. Responsibilities
- Project briefing to walk-in customers with the help of digitally equipped tools
- Accompanying customers to show-apartment and site
- Lead/enquiry management & follow-up with help of CRM tools
- Identifying customer needs and offering relevant product
- Identify qualified enquiries as hot & warm prospects and share it with the core sales team
- Query & Objection Handling
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Coordination with banking representatives for to facilitate financing options for customers
- Meeting assigned targets on sourcing or closing deals as applicable
- Staying abreast of the competition and latest market trends
- Prepare basic sales or lead reports/MIS/presentations as and when required
- Executing basic documentation & formalities required during sales
- HSC/equivalent or Diploma holder or Graduate & Hote Management degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in any facility management company or in a hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with various types of people
- Effective time management skills
