Synapxe | Systems Analyst - Application Support (P.O.D)
Job details
Responsibilities: Provide level 2 application support, liaise with level 1 and level 3 support teams within Synapxe and other organizations to resolve incidents and recover service. Work with level 3 support teams to fulfill service requests and change requests. Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests and provide regular progress updates. Coordinate closely with support teams to test and deploy defect fixes, enhancements and patches to production environment. Lead and coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance, patching and hotfix deployments. Review and update project documentation and processes. Work with procurement team and vendors to procure necessary software and services. Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance and support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
