6 Months Part-Time Call Centre Agents (Govt Project) $13/hr- URGENT Singapore | Posted: Nov 19, 2024 Location: Ubi Salary:$13/hr Position 1: Working hours: Monday - 9am to 5pm Tues to Fri - 10am to 2pm/11am to 3pm Sat (only if scheduled)~ - 8am to 1pm Position 2: Working hours: Mon to Fri: 5pm to 9pm Position 3: Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 5pm Job Scope: Act as the first point of contact for the customers Supporting Client’s calls using the following sites. Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems. Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects. Job Requirements: Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.
