Agri Mechanic

Job description Agri/Plant/HGV Mechanic / Fitter Wanted 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday in Courtmacsherry, Bandon, Co. Cork P72TR23 We are looking for someone to join our busy team to assist with stripping, evaluating and repairing spare parts for tractors and plant equipment. Some maintenance and repair work to our own stock and work fleet of machinery will also be necessary at times. We sell Used and New Tractor and Machinery Parts as well as Import, Retail and Export Tractors and Machinery. English language understanding, reading, and writing is essential. Qualifications:

• Mechanical Qualification is desired but not essential.
• Mechanical Experience is essential.
• Experience in Driving Plant is desirable.
• Knowledge of Tractors, Mechanical, Agricultural, Construction, and Plant is an important advantage.
• Experience in Parts, Warehousing, Stocking, Computers is desired but not essential.

• Stripping spare parts.
• Organising spare parts for the Parts Advisors.
• Assisting customers to find the correct parts.
• Sorting parts orders for collection and delivery worldwide.
• Identifying spare parts and evaluating their condition.
• Repairs to Tractors, Plant, and HGV Equipment.

• A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Mechanical knowledge and skill set.
• Category B Driver's Licence.
• Diligent and organised in all aspects of work.
• The ability to pay attention to finer details, very important when comparing and identifying parts.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Open-mindedness to learning new techniques and information.
