About The Company Our client is a fast-growing technology company with strong regional presence. They are looking for a Paralegal to join the team in Singapore, in line with their global expansion plans. About The Job Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist on a wide range of legal support matters for the team. This includes supporting on contracts drafting & administration, coordinating documents for notarisations and signatures as well as corporate secretarial matters. You will also be liaising closely with regulators, external service providers and counsels to facilitate instructions and documents. Skills And Experience Required Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant legal experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal environment. Diploma holders in Paralegal/Legal Studies are welcomed to apply. Equipped with strong organisational skills and accountability, you have a proven track record in juggling projects simultaneously and meeting challenging deadlines.
