YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT We are looking for a Store Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for stock management in one of our stores. YOUR IMPACT Contribute to the achievement of the sales outlet's objectives Master the internal stock management processes (transfers, after-sales service, etc.) and ensure that the team respects them Control the flow of goods: incoming, outgoing, receipt of deliveries (products, packaging, uniforms), quality control and transfers Monitor and analyse the state of stocks by means of regular rotating inventories Check discrepancies and implement corrective actions, in collaboration with your manager Ensure that the stock area is well maintained and tidy with the motto "easy to find, easy to sell” Restock, prepare and integrate products within the store Ensure an efficient follow-up of customer reservations in conjunction with the sales team Ensure smooth and regular communication with the sales team Support the digital evolution of the company Assist in sorting and organizing delivery from warehouse to store Keep accurate record of stock inventory/ stock take Provide support to store for delivery and return of stocks to and from boutique/warehouse/overseas transfers Assist in stock transfers and packing Administrative shipping/invoicing support KEYS FOR SUCCESS You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years professional experience in stock management You are known for your team spirit. You are particularly organised, rigorous and conscientious. You have a taste for challenge and the desire to collectively achieve the objectives set. A spirit of initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism and empathy are essential to your success at CÉLINE. You are at ease with IT tools.
