- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
- Foster, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships at appropriate levels
- Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
- Constantly developing your understanding of current strategy trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
- Understanding our clients' unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible.
- Develop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management activities
- At least 7+ years of government related work experience as a consultant or government employee
- At least three years of experience in leading projects on government strategy, policy making, target operating model design, process improvement and/or technology implementation
- Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work
- Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally
- A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in working with UAE government organizations
- Experience related to technology and digital transformation in government
