About the role As an Executive, Events at I-Promo Pte Ltd, the incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing successful events that drive engagement and support our clients' marketing and communications objectives. What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and plan events that align with our clients' strategic goals Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution Collect and analyze event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement Provide post-event reports and recommendations to clients, if necessary Ensure excellent customer and quality delivery Perform any other adhoc duties What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline 2-3 years of experience in event management or a related field Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box Proficiency in using event planning software and tools Knowledge of event marketing and promotion strategies Have experience in managing hybrid events and in registration process will have an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
