We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic Sales and Business Development team at ADL Leadership Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential corporate clients to promote our Leadership Training Programs and Soft Skills courses. This role is crucial in generating leads, building relationships, and supporting our mission to enhance workforce capabilities through professional training. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our training programs and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their training needs.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies that align with business goals.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Lead Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
- Market Research: Gather information on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, lead status, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and convey client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
