Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including branding, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and events.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify target audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Key Areas

Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Advertising: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media (print, digital, TV, etc.). Digital Marketing: Manage the company's website and social media presence, implement SEO and SEM strategies, and run email marketing campaigns. Events: Organize and manage marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events. Cultural Sensitivity: Marketing campaigns should be adapted to the local culture and sensitivities. Knowledge of Local Regulations: Be aware of any relevant marketing regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Technical Skills

  • Strategic and structured business, sales & marketing understanding - long term and short term.
  • Clear strategic thinking, and ability to create buy-in and influence at a senior level through formalized proposals and business cases.
  • Strong generalist marketing and CRM capability.
  • Product Planning, Pricing, B2C and B2B sales, Advertising offline and online.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, internal stakeholders, and members of the sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of communications strategy and best practices (internal & external) including digital, web, social, e-comms and CRM.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Business, Marketing or MBA.

Experience and Knowledge

  • 8 years+ experience in brand, marketing, and product - ideally within the Automotive/Mobility industry.
  • Brand expert with experience in building brand equity.
  • Experience delivering strategies with a high Customer Centric approach that are customer relationship driven and has developed effective customer relationship and management programs.
