Professional knowledge and experience: Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrating the solution into the customer’s environment. Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution. Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with the customer project team. Understand and interpret business requirements and translate them for the implementations. Implement and qualify the integration of the compliance suite of products with customer’s applications. Assist customers in deploying the compliance solution on-premises or remotely. Advise customers to automate processes to improve efficiencies and streamline operations. Document the undertaken activities. Requirements: Experience in the IT industry working with compliance, financial industry, or similar business applications. Technical Knowledge: Unix/Linux/Windows, Networking, and databases. Basic understanding of security algorithms and concepts (PKI Infrastructures, SSL, TLS). Proven track record in solution implementation, networking, and troubleshooting. Experience in application integration, core banking, ISO 20022 messaging format, etc., will have added advantage. Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Uphold professionalism and be customer-centric. Good planning and coordination skills.
