As an HR business partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a selected business unit. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver high-quality services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing and predicting HR needs, advising management on HR-related issues, and facilitating communication between HR and other business units. Skills
- Develop HR solutions through analysis, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve employee issues.
- Develop HR policy guidance.
- Provide contract terms for new hires.
- Identify training needs for any business unit.
- Exhibit strong communication and time management skills.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, following up to ensure training objectives are met.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
- CIPD Certified.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HRBP.
