Job Title: Supervisor, Technical PHA & Safety Location: Ras Al Khair, Eastern Province Job Purpose: Manage Ma’aden Aluminum's Sustaining Projects EHSS, ensuring that all project activities comply with MSHEM, international/national safety standards and practices. Key Accountabilities:

Supervise Safety Officers and plan for safety inspections and audits.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs as required by MSHEM or management.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure safety integration in all project phases.
Participate in safety incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
Identify and report system weaknesses and accordingly plan for safety awareness and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a safety-related role within construction or industrial projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Leadership and team management in safety practices.
Strategic thinking in safety planning and implementation.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and safety management systems.
Accountability for Departmental EHSS KPIs performance.

Skills:

Proficiency in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Strong organizational skills for managing safety documentation and compliance records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of contractor/subcontractor qualifications, training programs, and competencies.
