Job details

Responsibilities

  1. Operations & Maintenance, Facility Management.
  2. Formulate a well-defined project plan to streamline all the resources and activities for achieving high productivity.
  3. Visit the construction site to assess practical challenges and study relevant reports for suggesting modifications.
  4. Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
  5. Organize materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
  6. Abide by the legal safety and health regulations to take appropriate action for building a robust and reliable construction project.
  7. Assist the team in various project-related activities like planning, tendering, and pricing as per requirement.
Skills
  1. Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, including on-site management activities.
  2. Proficient in using 2D and 3D civil engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, HEC-HMS, and BIMsight.
  3. The ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions.
  4. Portraying professional-level report drafting and writing skills to cover all necessary details of an ongoing project.
  5. Project management and supervision skills.
  6. Professional technical education in Civil Engineering with expertise in Project Management.
  7. Engineering degree in Civil having a driving license with 5 years of experience.
