JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the operation manager, responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales design solutions and technical support for all vertical market segments with particular selling different IT products focusing on Smart Building and infrastructure solutions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution development and design for smart home, automation, smart building and infrastructure Services.
- Be an integral part of the bidding process by preparing/collating technical documentation.
- Identify all functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
- Assist Account Managers in pre-qualifying business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pre-sales presentations and professional demos to customers communicating product and technical solutions.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for pre-sales technical questions/issues.
- Assess and analyze customer technical requirements to propose service and/or process improvements, enhancements or new product introductions to best meet customers’ objectives with building Proposals / SoW / HLD / LLD / cost sheet.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements and use questioning skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's and competitors’ products or services, industry related news and supplier product’s knowledge.
- Engage with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations.
- Assist sales in doing POCs.
- Assist and participate in developing RFI, RFP, RFQ.
- Advanced English (verbal & written), Arabic is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong technical skills in Smart Building, Audio/Video Systems, ELV, BMS designs.
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Total 5-7 years of Experience where 3-5 years in Smart Building Solution.
- Sound knowledge of market and industry trends.
- Experience with a wide range of technologies and services (CCTV, Low Current, BMS, structured cabling, etc.).
- Experience with IoT Platforms.
