GAIN Training & Education Specialist KSA, Riyadh Job Description Support the Medical Education activities for HCPs in all field-based medical activities required aiming to achieve company objectives in the region. Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all Ax HCP training programs (Congress workshops, standalone events, and hands-on training workshops).
Implementation of Galderma training and medical education strategies in alignment with global medical education teams and AX business unit head.
Coordinate and orient the training modules and materials with local Trainers.
Support local congress workshops and participation in coordination with the marketing team.
Support the Medical Education, Market access, and Sales Team in the orientation and implementation of the Product Portfolio Clinical Trials program, GAIN new modules Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs activities.
Facilitate the implementation of the regional training and medical Education plan.
Adhere to all country laws and company policies following Galderma SOPs (injection training SOPs, procedures, and business ethics codes).
Support in planning for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of Galderma.
Ensure 100% compliance with company legal and compliance policies and adherence to country laws and regulations.
Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize it in day-to-day roles & responsibilities in the current role for self and team.

Minimum Requirements

Preferably with a Medical degree or Pharmacy/Science, Marketing degree.
Arabic language fluency is an added asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating medical trainings / medical affairs within the aesthetic Industry.
Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong digital understanding.
Demonstrable experience in Medical Affairs day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
Previous marketing experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumers and key stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills.
Willingness to learn.
Interest in trends and new technology.
