JASARA PMC is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition strategy and efforts across the organization. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values. You will lead a high-performing team, driving innovative recruitment practices to meet the evolving needs of our workforce. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their talent needs and create programs to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning initiatives
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to develop effective recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably within the construction or project management sectors
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HR systems
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
