Mechanical / Operations Maintenance Engineer - Residential

Eram Talent is looking for a talented Mechanical / Operations Maintenance Engineer with a focus on residential systems to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems in residential properties. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all mechanical equipment operates efficiently and reliably, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of residents. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems in residential buildings.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
  • Coordinate and oversee the operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with contractors and other service providers to ensure timely service and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Educate residents and staff on the proper operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and operations within the residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
  • Proficient in diagnosing issues and implementing effective maintenance solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with residents and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Certifications relevant to mechanical maintenance are preferred.
