We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. This combined role leverages data analysis and operational coordination and strategy to optimize sales performance, improve processes, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals in both English and Arabic.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, manage weekly client reports, manage correspondence, and provide timely follow-ups and run property reports to match client requirements.
  • Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, customer behavior, and market data to provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length) for the sales team and management.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and performance tracking to predict future sales, monitor progress toward targets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and develop interactive data dashboards using Power BI or similar software.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and propose data-driven solutions to streamline workflows and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer segmentation, purchasing behavior, and market trends to guide sales strategies and help the sales team target the right audience.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to align sales strategies with business goals, ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring that data is effectively tracked and managed for sales opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, marketing, and senior leadership, facilitating communication and ensuring that sales initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary tools, insights, and data to close deals and drive performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance against targets, and deliver recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes that drive productivity and revenue growth.
  • Other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in a data analysis or sales operations role, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
  • Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced/proficient level.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
