The Role: As a Senior Business Development Manager at Brand Lounge, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and expanding Brand Lounge’s presence in the Saudi market. This role will focus on nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic brand solutions. You will also play a key role in supporting the operational and commercial aspects of client onboarding and internal project management. Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, particularly with government entities and large corporations.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the Saudi market.
  3. Manage the Saudi client onboarding process, ensuring exceptional communication and execution.
  4. Develop competitive proposals and oversee the Saudi RFP processes.
  5. Represent Brand Lounge at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  6. Audit competitors and stay ahead of market trends to maintain Brand Lounge’s edge.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 5+ years in business development or client management within branding, marketing, or consultancy.
  3. Proven success with government entities or large corporations in Saudi/GCC markets.
  4. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
