We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tax Manager who is proficient in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the tax laws and regulations of the UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Lebanon, supporting our client's operations and strategic financial planning in these key markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete tax planning and compliance functions across the UAE, Egyptian, KSA, and Lebanese markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors in various jurisdictions to ensure effective tax strategies are in place and are compliant with all current laws.
  • Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, and reports accruals with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and legislation in relevant markets, analyzing their implications and updating the management team as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to the finance team on tax-related matters, ensuring they are aware of all relevant tax laws and procedures.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis to determine the impact of tax liabilities on the business.
  • Handle tax audits and provide support during litigations involving tax matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, specifically with exposure to UAE, Egyptian, KSA, and Lebanese tax laws.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
