About The Role You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters. The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  1. Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
  2. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team to achieve and succeed desired outcomes
  3. 2 years + in a sales or service delivery sector
  4. Experience in working with CRM systems (SalesForce and iSAMS) and integration with the sales life cycle
  5. Fluent in English and speaking Arabic is an advantage

  1. Minimum 2 years working in a sales or service delivery sector
  2. Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  6. Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  7. Experience working with a CRM /or IM
