We are seeking a Holiday Homes Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of holiday home operations, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for both guests and property owners. Guest Management:

  • Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough guest screening and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
  • Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Maintain excellent guest communication throughout the entire guest lifecycle.
Property Management:
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest readiness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) for property upkeep.
  • Manage property inventory and ensure adequate supplies for guest amenities.
  • Conduct regular property performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Operations Management:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines for all aspects of holiday home management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
Owner Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on property performance.
  • Address owner concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Negotiate and secure new property listings for the company's portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the holiday homes industry in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai market and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and online platforms.
