Acute Ostomy Care RN COCN CredentialsSME Writer We are seeking a Ostomy Care RN with COCN certification with clinical experience working in an acute facility. A minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 5 years is required. This unique assignment will focus on research, development, creation, and reviewing of assessments/educational content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ostomy Care in an acute facility as a subject matter expert, workflows, and a keen attention to detail to design comprehensive and effective evaluations for current and future nursing professionals. You will be working with our client to research, write, create, and review assessments and/or educational content. This assignment is a PRN (as needed) remote role. - Research, develop, and write new assessments and educational content for RN's, tailored to the needs of the client.
- Collaborate with and work with content developers to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Research and complete writing assignments as directed.
- Review and proofread.
- Review and analyze industry trends to ensure assessments align with evolving hospice standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of nursing operations and regulations to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all materials.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ostomy Care RN in an acute facility within the last 5 years.
- MUST be COCN Certified.
- Strong knowledge of procedures, medication management, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research skills
