Sales Development Representative This role is a HYBRID and full-time position . Who are we? We have an international team of 40 based across Manchester (UK), New York (US) and Skopje (NM) and are expanding our services fast around the world. This is an entry-level sales position that could lead to further development for the right candidate as we continue to grow & scale rapidly as a business.  What You'll Be Doing :

  • Support the sales division with booking 1st stage sales meetings
  • Building qualified prospects lists based on Flowd’s ICP
  • Execute on multi-touchpoint outbound sequences including - Cold Calling, Emails, Linkedin and Videos
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them to meetings
  • Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline, by tracking leads, opportunities, and meetings
  • Review meeting feedback and scoring to optimise outreach for results
  • Collaborate with individual AMs and sales department to achieve overall targets
What you’ll need:
  • At least 1+ years experience in an outbound sales role focused on winning new business. (Experience in lead generation or a digital marketing agency is a plus)
  • High energy sales hunter, that can overcome any obstacle to achieve results
  • Team player, eager to learn and develop new skills
  • The ability to think on your feet, and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Strong time management skills and looking to improve processes and maximise opportunities for high efficiency.
  • To be a genuine team player, both in the office and in our darts team competitions.
