Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the retail furniture sector.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Drive new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new retail partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail clients.
What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the furniture or retail industry.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the retail furniture market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
