IT Infra Lead - Navi Mumbai

Job Description

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Lead or a similar role, with at least 10 plus years of experience.
• Develop and execute strategies for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and security systems.
• Design & Implementation of IT Infrastructure Solutions (LAN, WAN, Lease Line, Wi-Fi, CCTV System etc) in Factory units.
• Develop IT security and compliance & Audit IT policies and controls continuously.
• Partnering with Cyber Security team to ensure adherence to policies regarding Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Develop and Manage all IT awareness and training program which helps to increase employee awareness on information security, cyber security.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure service level agreements.
• Experience in the implementation and management of ITIL processes in IT Service Desk Portal.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.
• Develop and manage IT budgets , including cost estimation, cost reduction, and expenditure tracking.
