Hanu Reddy Odyssey (All Verticals) Location: Primarily Head Office, Mylapore (with travel to other verticals in Chennai) Working Hours: General Shift, Monday-Saturday (Sunday Off) Salary: ₹2.5L - ₹3L System and Network Engineer Experience: 1-3 years in system and network engineering or a related field Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Responsibilities -
- Design, configure, and maintain network components (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) for efficient network performance.
- Monitor and optimize system and network performance to minimize downtime.
- Install and update systems (hardware/software) to ensure peak efficiency.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data.
- Manage both cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for necessary hardware/software solutions.
- Conduct system audits, backups, and disaster recovery drills.
- Stay updated on latest advancements in technology.
- Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or AWS Solutions Architect.
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), system administration (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud computing platforms.
- Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
